Hello friends! It's that time of year......Christmas!! Whoo-whoo! I wanted to make creative gifts to give this year. I've gotten some positive feedback on the sock purse idea and also tips to change it up a bit. Like.......big granny panty purse.....it sounds silly but if you could see the idea in my brain I think you would agree.
I got this purse really cheap at Big Lots (ultimate place to shop!) and I thought I could only improve the look. (see pic below) If you like it please feel free to leave a comment or if you think I should do something different.......well by all means....TELL ME! I want people to like it and who knows, maybe I could even sell them on ebay and make some $$$$!
The pictures below are all of the same purse and I just placed the pizzaz on to see how it would look. Once I get paid I will buy up all of the purses @ Big Lots and then hot glue my designs.....a girl and her glue gun IT'S A BEAUTIFUL THING!

Well I thought I was the first to make these but I found a site that does.....and they
are cute! -Damn them!!! All well!?! I am still going to make and sell them on ebay.
Mine will be a little different because I want to "bedazzle" them.....add some sparkles
and pizzaz. Mine you can use for any occasion.....dress up or the casual everyday.

Just have to mention to the fans of the show (you know who you are) that I think Sammy and Lucas are going to get back together!!! I am soooooooooooo excited!
Oh and one more thing....did we really need Victor back!?! Maybe they will kill him again?

I wasn't sure what to call this one and then it hit me! I had to ask myself..."what was I feeling at that exact moment?" Just plain ol' good fun! I often get caught up in the Form vs. Function....I need to remember to see the design. If I am looking at a cookie (i think yummy!) but my camera only knows form, not function. This will be a life long study for me.....but I know God is smiling down on me. ~I think my pic's say it all! :o)

I don't want this to be used mainly for venting but I have a few things on my mind! Today my boyfriend and I went to Walmart to pick up items in Layaway. There in front of the registers were signs explaining the decision to close that dept. Why!????? I am so sad. Now I'm sure you're thinking I am a bit on the coo-coo side......well think again! Layaway was such a wonderful tool for me in so many ways....1. the joy of shopping w/out going into debt B. upon the final payment it's like Christmas (I always forget what I've purchased and the moment becomes magic) 3rd. Bragging rights at the office about my shopping spree (secretly "I" know I don't have the items but eventually I will)
As extreme as this may sound, I really feel a loss. I'm not comparing it to losing friend/loved one but there is a bit of sadness.....my heart is heavy.

The good that has come out of this is my boyfriend (to cheer me up) bought me a gorgeous blk hills gold and opal ring. Now, to me jewelry is jewelry whether it comes from a expensive jeweler like KAY jewelry store or Walmart. It doesn't matter where he bought it.....it's the thought -and I'm not just saying it cuz he will be reading this! I love you sweetie pie, thank you!

I must say after telling you all this I feel better. Thank you! I promise that my writings won't be me whining but sometimes ya just gotta let it all out! LOL!!!

Sorry if this is a jumble of thoughts, but it's my first entry. I am sure as I go along it will flow more......I hope!
I love my job (I'm lying) and it's in a nice office (not really) that is always stocked with tasty food to eat (Damn them)! Down the road I will delve deeper into my work issues, like why is it always people with bad breath want to tell me a secret!? Maybe there will be some lesson learned in this? Or it's just some odd punishment, story of my life.

I did get to leave early today, whoo whoo! I spent the day taking pic's......don't fret, soon I will post them (still figuring all this out) and I welcome any advice. I have some really cool ideas and I can't wait to share them with others and you will see how strong my passion is! Maybe too I will share some of my greatest poems!
