I really like the use of the contrasting colors of yellow and green. The way the yellow is hard and has a defined shape, and the green is just kind of a lump and soft in appearance. I think it might be symbolic of your interpersonal relationships, like with dad, tough on the outside, but soft inside. See you showed right there what art should be about.
